About WorkoutTShirt.com

Our Mission

WorkoutTShirt.com exists for one reason: to help serious athletes find gym apparel that actually performs. Not gear that looks good in a studio photo, but shirts that hold up through five-days-a-week training, repeated washing, and hard use.

We focus on workout shirts because it is a category that gets almost no serious editorial attention. Most buying guides are either written by people who train once a week or generated by AI without a single workout logged. We take a different approach: we review fabrics by gsm weight and fiber content, we pay attention to construction details like flatlock seaming and anti-odor treatments, and we compare products side by side so you can make a real decision.

How We Review

Every recommendation on this site is based on a combination of hands-on testing, detailed product specification research, and community feedback from athletes across CrossFit boxes, commercial gyms, and home training spaces. We focus on the details that affect performance: fabric weight, moisture transport rate, fit through range of motion, and durability after repeated washing at high temperatures.

When we recommend a shirt, we tell you exactly who it is best for. A moisture-wicking polyester shirt that is perfect for a triathlete doing long-distance runs may not be the right call for a powerlifter who wants coverage and modesty during heavy squats. We believe in specificity over generic top-ten lists.

Affiliate Disclosure

WorkoutTShirt.com participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link and make a purchase, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This revenue covers the cost of running the site and funding our ongoing research.

Our affiliate relationship does not influence our recommendations. We recommend products because they perform well, not because they pay higher commissions. You can read our full affiliate and privacy disclosure here.

Who We Are

WorkoutTShirt.com is run by a small team of lifters, runners, and CrossFit athletes who got tired of buying gym shirts that fell apart, went see-through when wet, or started smelling like a locker room after five washes. We are not sponsored by any apparel brand. Our only goal is to make sure your next workout shirt purchase is the right one.
